At Get Bent, we believe self-exploration should be loads of fun.

Get Bent Yoga focuses on developing correct technique to:

- create harmony between body and breath

- improve posture and flexibility

- improve strength and stamina

When balance and connection to the body is recognized, one has balance and connection within the mind.  Our classes are relaxed, fun, challenging and intense - all within the same hour.

Three yogis were meditating in a cave.  One day there was a strange noise outside.  Six months passed, and the first yogi stated, "That sound was a goat."  The cave then fell silent.  Another  year passed, and the second yogi replied, "That wasn't a goat, that was a mule."  The cave fell silent again.  Two more years passed, and the third yogi declared:

"If you two don't stop arguing, I'm leaving!"
