YOGA FOR A HEALTHY BACK

Explore how you can maintain a healthy and strong back. This is an educational and self empowering workshop aimed at helping you avoid or heal many common back troubles on and off the mat.

Instructor Leah Carnahan, started teaching SOMA YOGA in India, at the International Meditation Institute, where she studied for ten years. Currently, you can find her teaching classes in Christina Lake and Grand Forks, BC.  Her classes are fun, safe, informative and relaxing!

Leah is also involved in organizing the

Mystical Art of Tibet Exhibit.
