GET BENT - YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM

 

Get Bent's Yoga Teacher Training Program - Level One is a course designed for serious students who want to enhance their own practice and deepen their understanding of yoga.  As well, it is for individuals who would like to instruct yoga at Get Bent.  Even people who do not wish to teach will find this challenging program full of fresh ideas and valuable techniques.

Although learning is self-paced and adaptive, this 11 part program typically takes one year to complete as it thoroughly covers information on: asanas, anatomy, teaching practices, and psychology.

This specialized program was  designed specifically to teach how yoga is practiced and delivered at Get Bent Yoga.  Please note, this course is not affiliated with the Yoga Alliance, and it is not a Registered Yoga Teacher course.  Instead, this program captures the unique spirit and precision found at Get Bent Yoga.
